How to use this product:
Experience the magic of our Neon UV Glow by using a small amount of water to activate the Paradise Makeup AQ™ shades. Depending on the color, some shades require more water than others. Moist your sponge or brush, and work the surface of the cake into a rich, spreadable cream or the desired consistency. To ensure water resistance, use our Barrier Spray. For removal, lather with soap and rinse with water.
